We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How consent is collected

Consent is collected exclusively through a web form at https://survey.fastmovingcompany.com/ — the quote request (lead-capture) form on the home page and the in-home moving survey form. In both forms, consumers make an explicit choice in a dedicated, Fast Moving Company-branded SMS consent section located directly below the mobile phone field. Neither option is pre-selected, the choice is required before the form can be submitted, and the consent is not bundled with terms of service, a privacy policy, or any other agreement. Fast Moving Company never sends promotional, marketing, or remarketing texts, and we do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your consent with third parties. This SMS consent stands on its own: it is not part of any Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or other agreement, it is not a condition of purchase or of any service, and choosing “No” does not affect your submission or the service you receive.

Consent to receive text messages is optional. It is not a condition of purchase or of any service, and the form can be submitted whether “Yes” or “No” is selected. Phone numbers and consent records are never sold, and are not shared with third parties for marketing, offers, remarketing, or with any party outside the service providers that help us deliver messages.

We never collect opt-in consent by text message. Inbound text messages we receive are replies from consumers who already opted in through the web form, or keyword commands (STOP, HELP, START). An inbound text is never used as a source of opt-in consent.

Message frequency varies based on your move activity. You may receive several messages in the days leading up to a scheduled move and few or none otherwise.

Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe. We also honor UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. After you opt out you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.

Phone numbers you share with us are used solely to communicate about your move and related services. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.
