We use your information only to prepare your estimate, schedule and perform your move, send required documents, invoice for services, and communicate with you about your move. We do not sell your personal information.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or lead-generation purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver the messages (for example our SMS carrier), and only for that purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for their own use. Sharing with service providers

We share information only as needed with providers that operate our business: our SMS carrier, email delivery provider, hosting and database provider, payment processor, and — where a move requires it — the licensed carriers or labor providers performing services for you.

We retain move records and consent records as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and regulatory recordkeeping requirements.
