Estimates and surveys

Information you submit through our quote request form or moving survey is used to prepare a written estimate. Estimates are based on the inventory, services, dates and access conditions you describe. Changes to any of those may change the final charges, which are governed by our published tariff and the signed Order for Service and Bill of Lading.

Text message (SMS) communications

If you choose “Yes” on our web form, you consent to receive informational, non-marketing text messages about your move. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of any service. Privacy

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, another person’s information without permission, or use this site to interfere with its operation or security.

Limitation of liability

This website and its estimating tools are provided “as is.” Moving services themselves are governed by the transportation documents you sign and by applicable state and federal regulations.
